Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling All Deliveries to mainland UK are charged at £4.50
Deliveries outside of mainland UK to USA, Europe and the rest of the world are charged at cost.
Normal delivery is as follows:

Delivery by Carrier's 2 day service and subject to the Carrier's normal terms and conditions.
HighFive shall not be liable to the purchaser if there is a delay in delivery.
Upon receipt and confirmation of each order High5-Online shall, if requested, inform the Customer of the estimated delivery date for the order.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally despatch your order to you in in 24 hours and delivery can normally be expected in 2 business days (UK mainland). International orders are generally received in under 7 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added where applicable. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

High5-Online is committed to providing the highest quality products and customer service to our customers. However, on rare occasions products may be found to be in some way defective or unwanted, in keeping with our commitment to providing you with excellent service, we offer the following returns facilities:

We will accept the return of dfective products for full refund or replacement.

We will only accept unwanted products for refund within 14 days of delivery, provided that the goods are in an unopened and re-saleable condition. Postage and packing will not be refunded.

For return of defective products

Products that are returned to us for a refund must be returned to us in their original unopened condition.

We cannot accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit so we advise you to wrap the product adequately to prevent this happening.

Our Support staff will advise you of which method of delivery to use to return the products or request that you return the product to us directly.

If we ask you to return it to us directly, please send it to the address below.

Proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.
